Bought a whole set of cordless blinds for $3000.00 for my new house. Since installation I have had continuous failures on them not going up.

Send for repair can take up to 6 weeks for repair. They charge you postage to send them. By the time you are done it will cost a fortune in shipping fees. This appear to be a known problem and cannot understand why Levelor do not redesign to prevent these failures, rather than continuously sell them with a known defect.

50% of my blinds have been sent back for repair so far, I tend to get 2 failures a year. They repair and send back.

It is very inconvenient having to send these way and have nothing in your windows for weeks.
