The plugs in the bottom bar are way too cheap and thin. They are not easy to get out and they crack and break easy so then you can't even reuse them after you cut out the excess string. Not happy at all with the quality of the recent blinds made by levelor.

Cordless faux wood blinds installed 1 year later will not stay in the up position. To much $ for poor quality. W ould think you could trust the big companies. Guess not.
