Purchase 16 blinds at lowes. 6 months later, 8 blinds failed to open properly. These blinds suck.

Levolor - According Cellular Shades
I have these all through my house. They all have shrunk or for a better word tightened up on the bottom. There is plenty of shade at the bottom but I have no idea how to adjust them and frankly I don’t feel that the customer needs to go through this. I was so excited...

Poor quality levolor cellular blinds and worse customer service.

WELL Thats when we discovered that these were not the older style Of Levolor cellular blinds we liked so much. The original Levolor blinds (same model) tracked up and down in a parallel motion. You had to really try to get them out of level at any height. The new ones...

The cord tied on the plastic ball on the cellular shades pulled through and I had to retie it. The up/down cords feed through the plastic ball and limits how far the shades will close. Now that the cord has pulled through the ball and I had to retie it, the shades will...

When I went to the store to order this shade,I took down the old cellular shade and carried it in so the width of the new shade would be the same as the old shade. When I questioned the person about the extra inch in width they had written down, I was told, "Oh, they...

I went to a design store to select roman shades with cords - but after waiting weeks for delivery I learned that the widest (bay) window was too wide for the shades I had selected so my only other attractive choice at that time (and at 3x the price of the roman...
