Levolor in Issaquah, Washington - Blinds won’t go up or down

1.0
Details
I normally don’t write very many reviews, because it’s seems like such a waste of time, but this product is well deserving of my time. I purchased the Levolor light filtering cellular shades for my entire house a couple years ago from Lowes. Blinds look great and are easy to install. Since then we have had to replace four of them because they get stuck and won’t close or retract. Every time we open or close a blind, we fear that it will break. Worst product I have ever purchased! DO NOT BY THIS PRODUCT!!

I ordered Levolor cellular binds many years ago from Home Depot. I went to Home Depot to order new blinds to replace two of the blinds and the Home Depot lady said that my binds fall within Levolor's warranty and she gave me the order number and Levlor's customer...

Just happened. I've had the blinds about 3 years, but I didn't put them down much--less than a dozen times. Today, when I tried to put them down and back up, they would only go 1/2 way up.

I have these all through my house. They all have shrunk or for a better word tightened up on the bottom. There is plenty of shade at the bottom but I have no idea how to adjust them and frankly I don’t feel that the customer needs to go through this. I was so excited...

I love the look of them. But, when you get them they fit great on the length then as time goes by they shrink and if you try to adjust them the string on the sides break. Have no idea how to adjust as the customer shouldn’t have to go through this. I have no idea why...

Poor quality levolor cellular blinds and worse customer service.
Poor quality levolor cellular blinds and worse customer service.
I got cellular levolor cordless blinds through Home Depot spending $3000.00 and found to be very poor quality. Within 6 months they started lifting uneven and not fully close. Even the very poor quality plastic tabs used to hold blind to move up and down broke part on...

We purchased Levolor cellular shades for a wall of three windows in late 2014. They were from Lowe's and we were told they had a 10 year warranty. Now one of the three is not working (won't go up) and when I returned it to Lowe's they said that they no longer handled...

Couldn’t agree more The worst blinds ever! Do not buy They break and wil not go all the way down.

Levolor replaced all the blinds, about 7 windows, but they are breaking again.

WELL Thats when we discovered that these were not the older style Of Levolor cellular blinds we liked so much. The original Levolor blinds (same model) tracked up and down in a parallel motion. You had to really try to get them out of level at any height. The new ones...
